A native of Southern California, Steven pursued his education at Don Bosco Techinical Institute in Rosemead, CA. In 1990, he began his printing career with Monarch Litho in the Quality Control Dept. In 1995, he was given the opportunity to take the position as a production manager at Applied Graphics (presently Schawk LA). He worked himself up through the ranks to Senior Production Manager. In 1999, Steven joined Primary Color where he established himself as a manager overseeing work for both the entertainment and ad agency markets within the LA area. In 2003 he took on the greatest challenge of his career and with his experience and entrepreneurial approach, joined Southern California Graphics as a Sales Executive where he established new accounts for the company. After 3 years in sales, he decided to open his own company, Creative Mindset. Steven focuses on sharing and developing consultative relations for his clients with his knowledge and years of experience within the Graphic Arts Industry. His main drive and ambition is to establish a name and to be recognized throughout Southern California as a company with exceptional accountability!! In 2007, Steven landed two key accounts for Creative Mindset and he continues to spearhead the future for this company!!
